Accounts Payable Officer

Accounts Payable Officer – Vitaco Group

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team, reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Team Leader.

This role is based at our East Tamaki site.

Responsibilities

End-to-end AP processing, including invoice matching, coding, and payments.

Large volume around 1,800 invoices per month across New Zealand and Australia.

Investigate discrepancies and ensure compliance with delegated authority approval levels.

Manage vendor payments (weekly, monthly) and perform reconciliations.

Respond to supplier and internal queries professionally and promptly.

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve AP processes.

What You'll Bring

Experience in end-to-end AP, ideally in high-volume environments.

Minimum 5 years experience in an AP role.

Background in manufacturing and / or construction highly regarded.

Resilient and well-organised, especially under pressure.

Strong communicator with ability to build effective relationships across teams and suppliers.

Strong reconciliation and data entry skills.

Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word.
