We are a busy and friendly café offering a range of freshly made food  and bakery items. We take pride in delivering high-quality meals and exceptional service to our customers. We are now looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and cook high-quality café-style meal and desserts.

Plan, create, and present menu items in line with the café’s standards.

Prepare pastries, cakes, and other baked items daily.

Manage food preparation, portioning, and presentation.

Ensure all food is prepared safely and hygienically following health and safety standards.

Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies.

Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and utensils.

Assist with menu development and seasonal specials.

Skills and Experience Required :

Relevant 3 years’ experience or level 4 certificate qualification

Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert presentation.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
