- Work Experience : Minimum two years of relevant work experience.

Overseeing kitchen operations to ensure they run smoothlyDaily raw food preparation and seasoningMust cook Indian Curry and Tandoori dishesMonitoring the quality of dishes from basic preparation through to service to customers.Portioning and plating the food to ensure a great presentation to customersPlanning menus, estimating food and labour costsOrdering food requirements as per the menuConducting stock takes and reporting to the restaurant managerHandling customer complaints and discussing them with staffSelecting, supervising, and training kitchen staff, advising them on cooking procedures.Ability to cater to any special dietary food requirementsMust be able to use temperature-controlled equipmentEnsure kitchen waste is kept to a minimumEnsuring personal hygiene and maintaining high standards of health and safetyReporting to work on time and reporting to the manager at the end of the shiftCleaning kitchen work stations before and end of the shiftIf this sounds like you, click Apply Now!!!
