About the Role

We have a great opportunity for an agile and pioneering Village Manager to lead our well-established Bert Sutcliffe Retirement Village in Birkenhead, Auckland.

You will be responsible for managing our integrated village which comprises independent living, serviced apartments, and residential care—ensuring high-quality and compassionate care is provided to all our residents.

This role leads a large multidisciplinary team of 180 team members and is supported by an experienced senior management team.

About You

With extensive staff management and proven leadership experience, you\'ll build meaningful relationships quickly by being positive, approachable, and an all-round people person.

You\'ll have experience creating, developing, and managing multi-disciplined teams and will thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment.

Your high energy and resilience are matched by your excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and you\'ll bring proven financial acumen to support sound decision-making and enhance village performance.
