Role & Responsibilities

As our new Centre Manager, you'll lead with purpose and passion, role-modelling Evolves core values every day.

Working closely with your Area Manager, you'll foster a culture of positivity and achievement.

You'll support your team to collaborate effectively, meet educational and operational goals, and deliver exceptional ECE services.

Your leadership will inspire and motivate, driving engagement, retention, and excellence.

In this role you'll be the visible and accessible face of our centre, building strong relationships with whanau and Kaiako through open, positive communication.

Your leadership will shape our reputation and strengthen our ties to the local community.

What we're looking for

ECE Qualified with Full Teaching Registration

Proven experience in a Centre Manager role, with a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful ECE centre

Skilled in building relationships with whanau and the community and leveraging these to grow occupancy

Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage sustainably and profitably for optimal results
