About the role

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Multi-Site Store Manager to lead our teams across St Lukes Merchant 1948 and Mi Piaci. You’ll split your time between both stores, overseeing operations, coaching and developing your teams, and creating positive, high-performing environments that reflect each brand’s values.

This is a role for someone who loves people and product – someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, brings strong sales drive, and leads with care, confidence, and energy.

What your day will look like

Leading and managing the daily operations across both stores

Coaching, mentoring, and empowering your teams to deliver results and memorable customer experiences

Driving sales and motivating teams to exceed targets

Championing inclusive, supportive, and fun team cultures

Recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members

Overseeing store presentation, stock levels, and visual merchandising

Managing admin, reporting, and other operational priorities

You’ll thrive in this role if you

Have proven retail leadership experience with a track record of results

Are passionate about developing others and building strong teams

Lead by example with a positive, proactive approach

Can adapt your leadership style to suit two unique brand environments

Bring a commercial mindset with strong sales drive

Take pride in delivering great service and high store standards

Are available to work 40 hours per week across a Tuesday to Saturday roster
