About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, resident-focused Village Manager to lead our dedicated team at Forest Lake Gardens, an Independent Living Village in Hamilton.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of village life - from promoting our offerings and engaging with the local community, to strategic planning, service delivery, and financial management.

Your leadership will ensure our village remains vibrant, future-ready, and a place our residents are proud to call home.

Your Experience Includes

Proven leadership in retirement village management (highly regarded)

Operational management in a people or service-focused business

Strong relationship building skills with residents, staff and stakeholders

Expertise in business systems, process improvement and quality assurance

Financial acumen including sales focus and P&L ownership

Strategic thinking with a flair for innovation

Risk management experience, including health & safety and wellbeing
