Te Haeata / The Opportunity
The Team Administrator role contributes to the work of the Design and Implementation team by ensuring that systems, information and logistical needs are supported.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, a can-do attitude and the ability to be flexible and prioritise your workload.
Your role sits within the Commissioning and Service Improvement Unit.
You will report to the Manager of Design and Implementation while supporting the wider team.
Responsibilities
Organising meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, meeting papers and minutes
Assisting in the management of electronic diaries and emails for managers / shared inboxes
Maintaining the team's internal folder structure in SharePoint and intranet pages
Making travel and accommodation arrangements
Organising and arranging events
Preparing documentation including briefings, emails, correspondence and presentations
Providing technical support and assistance in using software applications
Provide advice and support to the team about Ministry systems and processes
Coordinate recruitment processes, prepare documentation, support recruitment panels, schedule interviews, process checks, prepare offer packs
Support managers with all aspects of finance including forecasting, accruals, reviewing monthly spend
O Pukenga / Skills And Experience
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to read, understand and interpret complex documents, including financial and business information
Wide ranging knowledge of administration systems and Microsoft Office software applications
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Utu a-tau / Salary
The remuneration band for this role is $55,343 to $74,416.
The appointing salary will be based on skills and experience; we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
