Our mission is making DIY easy for our customers—and that’s where you come in! This isn’t your average customer service job. You’ll be handling all sorts—helping customers, answering questions, processing returns, supporting checkouts, processing online orders, taking calls, and helping keep things running smoothly. No two days are the same, so we need someone who can stay cool under pressure and think on their feet.

Responsibilities

• Help customers, answer questions, process returns, support checkouts, process online orders, take calls, and help keep operations running smoothly.
• Stay calm under pressure and think on your feet to resolve issues as they arise.

Hours and Benefits
