We're on the hunt for an experienced Call Centre Operator to work for a healthcare organisation in Takapuna for a fixed-term role through to the end of December. It's a fast-paced, high-volume environment with one clear goal : connect with patients and get those appointment booked before the year is out.
What you’ll be doing :
- Making volume outbound calls to Māori patients
- Sharing important information and booking appointments
- Using our systems (don’t worry – we’ll train you!)
- Working through call lists quickly and efficiently
