We have a team of over 150 highly passionate and dedicated individuals that make sure our customers get a great customer experience, which is why we are looking for team member that is customer focused, and can work in a fast paced environment to deliver a great customer experienceAbout the RoleAs a Checkout Operator, your primary role is to scan, pack and accurately charge customers for products whilst providing the highest standards of excellent customer service.

Some of other key responsibilities will include (but not limited to) : Serving customers appropriately as per company guidelines.Handling all monies correctly ensuring the till balances on a daily basisPacking all customers' goods with care ensuring breakages and damage to perishable items is minimizedAssisting in Lotto and cafe area (if appropriate) to cover for breaksUndertaking additional housekeeping as requiredAssisting in other areas of the store as requiredAchieve the minimum scan rates as required.QualificationsHere is what you NEED to be considered : Customer Service experience in retail or hospitality is a MUST!
