About the Role

The casino is far from your typical workplace!

As a Gaming Machine Attendant, you'll be right in the heart of the action, ensuring our customers have a top-notch experience every time they visit.

Your responsibilities will include :

Assisting customers with machine queries and minor repairs (training provided)

Answering general questions and providing friendly support

Promoting safe and responsible gaming through our Host Responsibility programme

Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment by tidying chairs and clearing glasses

Staying active — you'll walk over 10km per shift!

This is a high-energy, people-focused role with plenty of variety and opportunities to grow.

About You

You're a natural communicator with a passion for customer service and a professional attitude.

You'll bring :

A confident, friendly, and positive approach

Great attention to detail and sound judgement

The ability to handle confidential information with care

A proactive mindset and willingness to escalate issues when needed

To be successful in this role, you must :

Be at least 20 years of age

Have a clean credit history (required for a COA gaming license)

Be available for shift work, including weekends and nights — our casino operates 24 / 7
