We're expanding our team to bring our technology to a global audience, and we're seeking a talented Backend Engineer with expertise in Golang to play a pivotal role in this growth.

Overview

Your Impact :

Architect the Future : Build scalable, event-driven backend systems in Go that underpin our next-generation product and infrastructure.
Empower the Product : Partner closely with engineering, design, and science teams to create robust APIs and backend functionality that power customer-facing features.
Elevate Engineering : Shape best practices around testing, tooling, and automation that improve team velocity and reliability.
Influence the Experience : Translate performance goals into elegant technical solutions that meet real-world use cases—from data integrations to alerting workflows.

Your Expertise

3+ years of backend engineering experience, including production Go development

Proven track record in product engineering roles at startups or growth-stage companies

Strong architectural intuition : experience with data modeling, API design, and schema strategy

Understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time data flows

Solid foundation in relational databases and backend system design

Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Svelte, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, or adjacent technologies

Experience with fatigue risk, performance analytics, or similar mission-critical domains

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience

Experience designing, building, and shipping backend systems in Go
