is on a mission to offer the first vertical SaaS platform for Animal Health.

We're expanding our engineering tribes to tackle a range of challenges, particularly in Clinical, Practice Management, and Client Engagement domains.

Our goal is to build additional squads to accelerate our technical roadmap, unify our portfolio of cloud platforms, and applications.

We're seeking skilled

Senior Full Stack Engineers

to join our Auckland R&D hub.

You could lead new squads, addressing challenges across electronic clinical records, practice management workflows, and client engagement with pet parents.

Your primary role is to lead by example—whether as an engineer, architect, or QA advocate—providing guidance and mentorship to empower your squad.

We work with modern web technologies like TypeScript, Go, and cloud-native architectures, focusing on DevOps, automation, CI / CD pipelines, and system reliability.

Key responsibilities include :

Leading feature delivery with best practices

Fostering accountability and ownership within the squad

Contributing to engineering standards and practices

Ensuring the delivery of fit-for-purpose solutions

Prioritizing technical improvements like refactoring and debt recovery

What you need to succeed :

Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer

Experience with culture and process improvements, automated testing, and DevSecOps

Technical capability with systems and software design

Experience leading technical advancements

Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern web tech (React, GoLang, Typescript, AWS)

Experience with unit testing, API development, and OO design patterns

Familiarity with agile processes like Scrum and Kanban

Experience in scaled SaaS environments is highly desirable
