This isn't your average customer service job.
You'll be handling all sorts—helping customers, answering questions, processing returns, supporting checkouts, processing online orders, taking calls, and helping keep things running smoothly.
No two days are the same, so we need someone who can stay cool under pressure and think on their feet.
We need someone who :
Loves giving great customer service
Is organised and can juggle multiple tasks at once
Can make decisions and handle tricky situations with confidence
Has some leadership skills (you'll be working with a mix of full-timers and part-timers)
Has experience with POS systems (but don't worry, we'll train you!)
Is comfortable using a computer
This position has rostered hours (40 per week) Sunday to Thursday.
