About the Role
Westpac is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Manager – Leadership Development for a fixed-term position within the Culture, Capability and Learning team.
This role will facilitate our new enterprise-wide leadership development programme roll-out, aligned with Westpac's Leadership Capability Framework and strategic objectives.
Deep experience in adult learning is essential.
The Organisational Development Manager – Leadership Development is part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team passionate about creating the best environment and conditions for our people.
The role requires flexibility, agility and collaboration across the wider Culture, Capability and Learning team to support business outcomes.
What will you bring?
Excellent understanding of best practice in Organisational Development and leadership development with proven ability to operationalise theory and strategy within a large, fast-paced and challenging corporate environment
Deep experience of facilitating learning and leadership development with a wide variety of participants
Building enduring relationships, both within the immediate team and across the breadth of the organisation, will be your modus operandi
Exceptional self-awareness and empathy with the ability to relate to people from a diverse range of backgrounds
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) combined with collaboration, influencing and change management skills will be among your superpowers
Drive to exceed customer expectations will ensure the best possible results for the organisation, showing determination, resourcefulness and a sense of purpose in achieving this
Problem solving and analytical skills – ability to draw insights and tell stories using multiple sources of information
You'll thrive in a dynamic environment using your excellent programme management and time management skills, and your ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite including facilitation using MS Teams
Previous experience in culture or business transformation programmes of work
