When they're away, you'll be the one steering the ship (with help, of course).
You're someone who knows hospitality inside and out, and genuinely enjoys it.
You can lead the floor during a busy brunch without breaking a sweat, and you bring a clear, kind style of communication that makes people want to work with you.
You've likely done a bit of everything - rostering, reporting, stock - and you understand the rhythm of a well-run café.
You take pride in the little things, love local food and coffee, and know how to keep a team humming.Day to day, you'll be on the floor leading service, supporting the team, and making sure everything's running smoothly.
You'll help with recruitment, onboarding, training, guest communication, admin, and all the behind-the-scenes bits that keep the front of house in top shape including cost management, stock control, cash ups, end of shift reporting, performance management etc.
