It's a platform to refine your leadership style, sharpen your commercial acumen, and grow within a luxury environment that values vision, excellence, and ambition.As the Rooms Division Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Rooms Division operations including the overseeing of Front Office, Housekeeping, Night Audit, Concierge, and Reservation functions.
You will monitor service and sale within the department with a view to maximizing and maintaining costs to achieve budgeted goals.
You will participate in achievement of Property Management objectives through demonstrated commitment and loyalty to the operation, whilst maintaining the high standards that Capstone Hotels are known for.This is a full-time permanent position starting in mid-November 2025.
ResponsibilitiesTo deliver excellent customer service and lead by example.To ensure effective day to day operation of the reservation and front office systems.To plan accordingly rosters and schedules as per the business requirements.To have a good understanding of the property location, attractions, nearby and upcoming events.To ensure all front office staff are well versed in the hotel services, promotions, and procedures.To work closely with HOD's in a supportive manner and to develop strong communication.Be able to manage, monitor and analysis feedback accordingly.Understanding of current Health & Safety obligations, ensuring the Resort is fully compliant to the SOP's, Policies, procedures, and service standards.
QualificationsMinimum of 3 years in a reservations or front office management roleStrong admin skills and ability to problem-solve.Knowledge of hotel PMS and POS systems.
