Based in Tokoroa with flexibility to work some days from home
Reporting to the Project Management Office Manager you will provide broad support to project managers including compliance, administration, delivery schedules, budget monitoring, reporting and risk assessments / awareness.
The project manager will :
Research, analyse and evaluate alternative solutions and provide written recommendations.
Negotiate and mediate where there are difficult, complex and contentious issues with skill and consideration
Actively seek to improve stakeholder relationships
Support a variety of projects and programmes
Undertake and implement strategic analysis and initiatives
What you will offer :
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
The ability to self-manage and take initiative while working collaboratively as part of a team
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
Taking accountability and ownership for the delivery of project and technical support
