This role is central to supporting the operational delivery of our stop smoking programme, ensuring services are accessible, visible and responsive.At Pinnacle, we are passionate about delivering innovative primary care and community services that empower people to live healthier lives.
Our stop smoking services cover the Waikato region, with screening support extending into Taranaki.This is a part time fixed-term role until June 2027 working 32 hours per week.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate referrals, resources and administration for the stop smoking programme.Actively promote the service at events, workplaces and in the wider community.Build and maintain strong relationships with quit coaches, health providers and community partners.Provide excellent customer service and direct stop smoking support when required.Represent Pinnacle at hui and community events, helping drive improved health outcomes.QualificationsA qualification in health promotion, public health, or similar (preferred).
At least 2 years' experience in customer service, programme coordination, or health promotion.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and proficiency with Office 365.A current full driver's licence and willingness to travel.A genuine passion for equitable, high-quality health services.What we offerShared values of : Whakawhanaungatanga (connection) - through relationships we develop understanding.Akoranga (learning) - We invest heavily in the continued learning and growth of our tangata (people).
