Programme Coordinator (Fixed Term until 31 July 2026)

We are working through an unprecedented and complex period of change as we deliver a significant project to transition internal water services - including assets, service delivery and staff to a new operating model. This programme represents a major organisational shift, requiring strong coordination, clear communication and a proactive approach to managing change.

Responsibilities

• Support the Programme and Change Manager with accurate, timely and detail-focused assistance to ensure programme tasks are planned, tracked and delivered efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders to build trust and keep everyone informed of progress.
• Coordinate meetings, manage follow-up actions and escalate emerging risks or issues promptly to support confident and informed decision-making.
• Prepare reports, maintain templates and format key programme documents, requiring a strong eye for detail and the ability to interpret data to produce meaningful insights that support the Programme Manager.
