Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled leader to take on the role of Rangatahi Hauora Programme Lead, supporting delivery of Taakiri Tuu Te Rangatahi across the Waikato.
This programme is designed to support rangatahi Maori, Pasifika and care-experienced youth through equitable access to health, education and wellbeing opportunities.
Details
This is a fixed term role until 30 June 2026 working 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate the delivery of Taakiri Tuu Te Rangatahi in schools, kura and alternative education settings.
Build strong relationships with iwi partners, schools, kura, health providers and community organisations.
Ensure safe, engaging, and culturally responsive activities that enhance the wellbeing of rangatahi.
Coordinate programme logistics including events, resources, evaluation and reporting.
Explore opportunities for sustainable funding and growth of the programme.
