We are seeking a Project Manager to join their Hamilton North team.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Planning and managing construction projects from initiation to completion
Coordinating contractors ensuring high quality and efficiency
Monitoring and reporting on project progress
Managing all project budgets and resources
Variance reporting
Risk identification and mitigation
Ensuring H&S, design specification and building code compliance
We would like to hear from applicants with proven experience in project management, preferably in both residential and commercial construction.
In addition, you will demonstrate :
Competency with interpreting construction plans, drawings and specifications
Solid understanding of NZ Building Code requirements
Impressive organisational and time management ability
Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation
Experience with project management tools and software
Proven problem-solving skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
A collaborative and adaptable approach
A detail oriented and results driven focus
