This role suits either an experienced Bid Manager or an Infrastructure Project Manager looking to move into the new business area.This role will see you lead the preparation of competitive, profitable, and high-quality tender proposals.

You'll develop bid strategies and provide leadership, direction and control on all aspects of the bid process.

We are seeking a high energy, self-motivated person who can ensure momentum is maintained during the tender process.You'll have the ability to bring people and content together to meet deadlines and client expectations.

You'll also bring with you : Experience in successfully setting up delivery teams up for success with cost management and delivering on client expectationsStrong track record of building relationships with prospective external partners, clients and stakeholdersA team player who brings their whole self to work and enjoys working with othersUnderstands methodologies in complex civil construction and can articulate in writingSound understanding of the risk profiles with various procurement models and the treatment of risks to reduce commercial exposure to an acceptable level.Why Join Us?
