We're looking for a passionate and visionary Manager, Business Excellence to join our Consumer division in this newly created leadership role.

Your role is to create and lead the vision for Business Excellence at Vero, implementing the systems and processes to ensure Vero delivers brilliant customer, broker / partner and staff experiences while delivering efficiently and creating a culture focused on continuous improvement.
Functionally, the role leads a large team of CX, UX, Business Process and Business Improvement professionals.
This central team supports a variety of business functions to achieve excellence in experience design and business efficiency.
What You'll Do
Partner with diverse teams to craft and deliver bold strategies that align with our ambitious business goals.
Lead the embedding of cutting-edge business excellence frameworks across key platforms like Salesforce and Genesys, driving productivity to new heights.
Uncover and implement game-changing process improvements that enhance efficiency and elevate the customer experience.
Navigate and steer change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions that energize the organization.
Build strong, collaborative relationships that spark innovation and deliver results.
Harness data and analytics to unlock insights that inform smart, impactful decisions.
What We're Looking For
7-10 years' experience in business excellence, operations management, or a similar role
Proven team leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams and stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Six-Sigma, Lean, TQM, Kaizen, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strategic Thinking : Anticipate trends and shape business strategies
Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills to address complex challenges
Collaboration : Work effectively across teams and functions
