Survey Manager

We're looking for a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to lead our talented Land Surveying team to deliver high-quality projects that make a real impact.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide and develop your team, provide technical expertise, and ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.

What you'll do

Lead and coordinate survey team operations, managing workloads, priorities, and quality delivery.

Oversee technical standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effective collaboration across disciplines.

Mentor and develop staff, fostering growth, accountability, and performance.

Manage project budgets, proposals, and the survey P&L as if it were your own business.

Drive business growth by building strong client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.

Promote compliance, safety, and a positive workplace culture.
