Quantity Surveyor - Construction + Interiors

Job Title : Quantity Surveyor - Construction + InteriorsThis is a market leader with a strong and reputable brand covering all interior fit out, refurbishment and new build light / medium commercial jobs.

They are a fast-paced operation with a strong and cohesive culture.They now require an intermediate QS to step in and join the team.As a QS you will be involved in the entire process both pre and post contract, from tender management and preparing estimates, post contract work including controlling all costs on projects, certifying subcontractors work, identifying variations, costing variation works, agreeing subcontractors final accounts and reporting to directors.

There will be site visits involved.As an applicant, you have : 4+ years of QS experience either in a main contractor or an interiors company with a strong understanding of estimating / tendering and contract administrationHighly developed communication and interpersonal skillsSharp negotiation and pricing skillsConfidence in supporting the commercial objectives of projectsA team playerSalary : $110K - $130K pending experience.For further information on this role, please call Matt Shortt on or email your resume to
