Responsibilities

The team is seeking an Intermediate and a Senior Level Professional Quantity Surveyor to join their Auckland office.

Reporting to a Director, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality estimating, cost planning, risk management, and post-contract administration services.

This is a client-facing role that demands both technical excellence and strong relationship-building skills.

What You'll Bring

A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying

Registered QS status (or working towards it)

Proven experience of at least 4+ years gained in a professional cost consultancy environment with a demonstrable record of adding value to your clients

Strong leadership skills for a Senior Level QS role with ability to mentor and develop a team

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
