Overview

Survey Group is looking for a skilled Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join our team. Based on Auckland’s North Shore (or Hamilton), this role offers the chance to work across a variety of cadastral and land development projects in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

What you’ll do

  • Manage cadastral and land development projects from research through to LINZ approval
  • Carry out boundary calculations, subdivisions, and easements using 12D and LandOnline
  • Prepare and check CSDs to a high standard of accuracy and compliance
  • Work closely with our team of surveyors and drafters to deliver quality outcomes
  • Provide mentorship and technical support to junior staff where needed

What we’re looking for

  • A Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with 3–5+ years’ NZ experience
  • BSurv (or equivalent) and current licence to practice
  • Strong working knowledge of 12D, LandOnline, and cadastral workflows
  • Clear communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Team player who can balance office and field responsibilities
