Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

They now have an opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a $20m commercial office project. The role is based in Auckland, with occasional travel north (all costs covered). You’ll be trusted with responsibility from day one, running the numbers, driving procurement, and working closely with site and project teams. At the same time, you’ll be supported by approachable leadership and a crew who know how to balance hard work with a good laugh.

Experience and skills

• 3–5 years’ QS experience in New Zealand, ideally with a main contractor
• Confident across procurement, subcontractor / client claims, variations, cost reporting, and forecasting
• Strong commercial judgement and communication skills
• Able to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Relevant QS or construction qualification preferred
