OverviewCerta Construction Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Graduate or Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Newmarket, Auckland.

This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects, contributing to the financial management and cost control aspects of the business.The Role – Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (Graduate / Junior)This is a hands-on role supporting our commercial and residential interior projects.

You will : Measure and analyze project drawings using digital tools and estimation software.Cost and estimate all interior package items with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with team members, using cloud-based platforms for project tracking and reporting.This role is ideal for someone eager to develop strong technical skills, work with the latest construction software, and contribute to data-driven estimating and cost analysis.What we\u2019re looking forQuantity Surveying-related Degree1-2 years experience in the NZ or Australia construction industryStrong technological aptitude, with the ability to learn new software quicklyExperience with estimation software - CostX or Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud-based toolsStrong analytical and communication skills (English Fluent)A full driver's license (or working towards it)Why Join Certa Construction?
