About the role
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the Accounts Administrator – Accounts Payable is responsible for ensuring vendor invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Duties include, but are not limited to :
Process and code vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Manage invoice verification and approval workflows
Reconcile supplier statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly
Investigate and resolve invoice queries, including following up on credit notes
Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions comply with organisational and audit requirements
About you
Joining the team at a busy time, you will be a capable Accounts Payable professional able to pick up new processes and information quickly.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in high volume invoice processing, along with the following :
Grants processing experience (desirable)
Computer literacy & experience with finance systems (Business Central or other Microsoft systems desirable)
A proven high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Organisational & time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
