About the role
Talking with customers over the phone
Preparing invoices and processing refunds
Releasing and distributing building consents once conditions are met
Supporting the wider team with general admin tasks

About you
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Confidence using systems and preparing reports
A calm, professional phone manner
Solid skills in Word, Excel, and invoicing systemsA team-focused attitude and willingness to support others
Experience with Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) processes would be a bonus, but not essential.
