We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive part-time Office Administrator to join our team to ensure the efficient running of day-to-day operations by providing high-quality administrative support across the business.ResponsibilitiesKeeping the office running smoothly—office supplies, processes, and mail management.Ordering and managing business essentials, including business cards, fuel cards, uniforms, and merchandise.Planning & organising our company events (e.g. annual conference, Christmas party, gifts).
Providing other ad hoc administration support to the business.The person we are looking forPrevious experience in an Administration role.Experience and competence using MS Office.High level of organisation & attention to detail.A positive & "can do" attitude.A keen sense of teamwork.What's in it for you?
