This will include development of strategic Facilities Management investment planning and frameworks to ensure that AT facilities continue to operate safely and efficiently in accordance with business requirements and customer expectations across the whole asset life cycle.
Key responsibilities
Approval of expenditure in accordance with the Delegated Authority Register.
Providing advice, support and coaching to staff.
Ensuring annual maintenance contracts & budgets are aligned AT Facilities performance objectives and targets.
Development and implementation of maintenance database and / or system (Integrated Workplace Management System - IWMS - to be confirmed).
Oversight of maintenance and inspection works to ensure timely completion and documentation in the IWMS and / or the asset management system.
Ensure the maintenance strategies are fit for purpose and adequately captured in contractual arrangements.
Establish & maintain professional vendor / supplier performance / contract management standards, incl.
contract MGMT plans and vendor performance strategy.
Ensure H&S and compliance regulations are met for all work-streams.
About you
Relevant Property & / or Facilities MGMT related degree qualification or equivalent.
Desirable : Certified FM (as per IFMA or FMANZ certification) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (MCIPS).
Global Contract MGMT, IACCM or similar professional associations.
Competent Practitioner of Property & / or Facilities Management with at least 15 years relevant delivery MGMT experience.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in leading teams / staff, preferably in a political or public sector context.
Proficiency with contract management, compliance and supplier management.
