- NZL Additional locations Auckland (Kerwyn Ave), WhangareiAbout the role : We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Asset & Delivery Manager to join our Digital team at Northpower.In this diverse role, you'll lead the ongoing improvements across our Service Delivery Portfolio, manage the full lifecycle of our digital assets and licences, as well as keeping an overview across a portfolio of digital projects.Working with a talented (and diverse) team you'll play an important part in keeping our technology environment running efficiently, ensuring strong service delivery, and driving continuous improvement that supports our business strategy.Responsibilities : Leading the IT Service Delivery function, including governance of ITIL processesTaking ownership of major incident process, responses and reviews to minimise future disruptions to servicesDriving continual service improvement, SLA monitoring, and service performance reviewsManaging the full lifecycle (acquisition through retirement) of digital assets within agreed budgetsManaging software licences and subscription compliance across NorthpowerKeeping an overview across a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budgetBuilding strong vendor and stakeholder relationships, ensuring services meet business needsLeading and supporting a multi-disciplinary team, fostering growth and developmentAbout you : 10+ years' experience across IT service delivery, portfolio / project management, and digital asset managementAt least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial roleDeep knowledge of ITIL methodologies - Intermediate certification (Managing Professional) preferredDemonstrated experience managing major incidents and IT service delivery functionsStrong understanding of digital asset lifecycles, licensing, and governanceStrong understanding of Project Management methodologiesProven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProven experience in budget planning and management, especially for digital assets and licencesThe ability to perform under pressure, influence outcomes, and deliver resultsWhat's in it for you?
