About the role : We're on the lookout for an experienced and solutions-focused Event Manager to join the team at Spark Arena on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Head of Events, this senior role is pivotal in delivering world-class events while ensuring seamless ticketing operations and exceptional client service.You'll oversee the planning and execution of events across the arena, working closely with promoters, hirers, contractors, and patrons to ensure every detail is managed to the highest standard.

Ticketing is a major focus, and you'll act as the key contact with Ticketmaster, ensuring sales are optimised and the fan experience is first-class from purchase to show day.Leading a small events team, you'll provide clear guidance and support, while also managing relationships across Spark Arena's departments and external partners.
