Additionally, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless event execution, leading a dedicated team, and driving business success through operational excellence. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Auckland venue, ensuring smooth event execution.
  • Leading and mentoring the passionate Auckland events team.
  • Overseeing budget management to optimise financial performance and cost efficiency.
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Driving business success through strategic sales and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, events, or a similar industry.
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
