We are looking for a driven Cluster Business Development Manager – Groups & Events to grow business and leisure group revenue across some of Auckland's top hotels, including Sofitel Viaduct Harbour, Pullman Auckland, Movenpick, and more.What you will doWin new business across meetings & events, incentives, tour series, sports, and ad-hoc groupsDrive proactive sales activity through database calling, sales calls, and cold callingContribute to delivering and exceeding accommodation and catering revenue targetsBuild strong relationships with PCOs, inbound agents, and event bookersRepresent our hotels at industry events and hotel familsCollaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless client experiencesQualificationsWhat you bring3+ years of hotel sales experience in groups / events or business developmentKnowledge of the Auckland events and leisure marketProven ability to grow accounts and close dealsConfident communicator with excellent phone manner and resilience in proactive callingProficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and hotel systems (Delphi, Opera, CRM)Energetic, motivated, positive and results-driven mindsetAdditional InformationWhy Accor?
