What you will be doingThis role will be a technical business analyst, familiar with dealing with complex construction projects and will be responsible for working with designers and project team members to break down the project designs, programmes and separable packages to assist in determining Digital scope, budget and programme.The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to analyse construction designs to specify scope, develop technology scope, develop user requirements, develop scope through project change, and enable efficient planning through current planning data.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative, high-impact projects that shape the company's digital landscape.Your key responsibilities are : Lead the elicitation, documentation, and prioritisation of business requirements for high-impact digital projects across the Infrastructure domainInterpret construction drawings to develop scope quantities, cost estimation and capacity planning inputs.Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identifying opportunities for process and technology transformation and efficiencySupport decision-making with data-driven recommendations and performance metricsCollaborate closely with infrastructure and digital teams to translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
