We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant with in-depth expertise across Microsoft Azure, including Landing Zones, networking, governance, and infrastructure as code. This role combines deep technical knowledge with strong business consulting capabilities to deliver enterprise-scale Azure solutions that align with client strategy and drive business value. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping cloud adoption journeys, and leading complex transformations across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to articulate value propositions for the most strategic Microsoft products and services and uses business, technology and industry strategies to define customer / partner requirements and constraints
• Demonstrate expertise in a specific solution, or several products, feature functions, or services and drive opportunities to accelerate the adoption of the Microsoft Cloud
• Drive and support innovation focusing on industry solutions and customer business outcomes on the Microsoft platform
• Ensure solutions align with the intent of the architecture allowing for clear build test specifications and development of operations guides for the customer
• Identify business and technical risks in programs, assesses their impact and proposes mitigations and contingencies
• Provide stakeholder assistance throughout deployment to avoid / resolve technical issues
• Balance Configure-Before-Customize principles with the goals of maximum customer / partner value and with the use of Microsoft core / baseline assets, people, products and tools and develop project plans that use the full project life cycle accounting for current & future business value of each solution while defining all technical dependencies for project
