What will I be doing?
Develop and deliver menus that ensure guest satisfaction.
Produce consistent, high-quality meals.
Keep up to date with culinary trends.
Supervise and develop your section team.
Assist in maximizing F&B revenue through effective food cost control.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or willingness to advance in a fine dining environment.
Experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant.
Creativity and the ability to demonstrate culinary innovation.
Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
Capability to supervise, train, motivate and develop a team.
