As an Associate within our litigation team, you will be exposed to all aspects of litigation work including research, drafting of pleading and submissions, providing opinions to clients and discovery processes.

In addition to the support you will get from partners, you will have a team of talented junior and senior lawyers around you.

About you

You will be admitted to practice in New Zealand.

You will have 4+ years PQE with proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution.

Able to take a commercial and pragmatic approach to providing advice.

Able to work independently and demonstrate sound judgement and problem solving skills.
