This is your chance to work at the forefront of IP law, on high-impact matters for local and international clients.What We're Looking For : You'll ideally bring 4+ years PQE and proven experience advising on a broad range of IP matters.

Most importantly, you'll be intellectually curious, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering outstanding work in both contentious and non-contentious IP.Your experience will include : Advising on trade mark strategy, clearance, filing, and global portfolio managementBrand protection, anti-counterfeiting, and anti-piracy measuresMarketing, advertising, and labelling compliance- including greenwashing and other claims reviewHandling disputes before IPONZ and in the High Court involving copyright, trade marks, designs, passing off and breaches of the Fair Trading ActIP litigation and enforcement strategiesDrafting and negotiating IP licences and commercialisation agreementsConducting IP audits, due diligence, and supporting major transactionsWhy Join Us?
