As Programme Delivery Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to help deliver KiwiRail's strategic investment programme.Your work will include : Coordinating programme documentation, registers, and governance reporting.
Supporting scheduling, planning, and performance reporting activities.
Managing document control and ensuring compliance with standards.
Acting as a SharePoint and MS Teams superuser to support collaboration.
Providing insights and data analysis to assist decision-making.This role is key to ensuring our projects run smoothly and contribute to building a connected, sustainable rail network.What you will bringNou te rourou | What you will bringWe're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and confident working across multiple priorities.
You will have : At least 5 years' experience in a similar role within a large or complex organisation.
Strong skills in information management, particularly with SharePoint and MS Teams.
Knowledge of business documentation processes and New Zealand information standards.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and document management systems.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
A tertiary qualification in business administration or equivalent experience.It's also an advantage if you have : Additional qualifications in information management, project management, or Microsoft certifications.You'll be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.What's in it for you A competitive salary and fixed-term opportunity with a proud New Zealand organisation.
