Construction Project Coordinators (Auckland / Christchurch)
These roles involve coordinating and processing all project information within Kāinga Ora's project management system. The position ensures efficient administrative workflows, maintains accurate project reporting and data management within Plato.
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless delivery of housing projects. You will manage key project information in our systems, ensure data accuracy, and support the end-to-end administrative workflow. You will be responsible for complex, multifaceted streams within the programme, to be able to manage the needs, expectations, and at times competing priorities, of a wide variety of stakeholders. This will include supporting in administrative tasks, business change initiatives, tracking and reporting of project and programme parameters, quality assurance and risk and resource management on projects.
These roles are part of a highly focused team that work together in the office during set hours Monday to Friday.
This position is ideally suited to a programme / project coordinator with a broad base of experience gained in complex environments, and an interest in or desire to learn about housing delivery system. This is well suited for someone who excels in structured environments, enjoys working collaboratively, and has a knack for solving problems.
