About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our project team at Auckland Airport. In this role, you will provide administrative support across the project, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting the team in meeting project targets. From managing data entry and inductions to coordinating accommodation, travel, and site deliveries, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the project running efficiently.

Responsibilities include :

• Provide full administrative support to the project team.
• Manage induction and See Say Do data entry.
• Coordinate accommodation, travel, hire cars, and logistics for staff.
• Handle general office duties, including stationery, filing, and records management.
• Manage deliveries, laydown areas, and container stock.
• Support sustainability reporting and waste management activities.
• Assist with ESCP control management.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants as required.
• Provide cover for engineers where practical.
