What you'll do

As our Web Performance Manager, you'll lead the performance function responsible for driving growth through Kiwibank.co.nz.

You'll provide strategic leadership; setting the strategy, roadmap and KPIs, and work alongside internal teams and external agencies to drive growth.

With a strong focus on search engine optimisation (SEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO), you'll ensure Kiwibank.co.nz is discoverable, relevant, and well-represented in generative AI-powered search and traditional search engines.

You'll lead our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) programme, implementing experimentation to refine user journeys and boost conversion.

Leveraging tools like Google Analytics 360 and Power BI you'll deliver actionable insights for optimisation.

This role is ideal for a proactive, insight-driven leader who thrives in a culture of experimentation, performance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead the Web Performance function for Kiwibank.co.nz, driving performance through our largest digital acquisition channel

Drive the strategy and implementation programme across performance, analytics, experimentation, and search engine optimisation (GEO & SEO)

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in digital or ecommerce environments.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency and experience in tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, SEMrush, or similar.

People leadership skills growing and developing direct reports

Ability to drive strong commercial outcomes through experimentation and insights.

Great communication, data interpretation, and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, collaborative mindset with ambition to drive results in a fast-paced environment
