Role : Product Manager, Survey Product & Platform
Are you our next Product Manager? We\u2019re looking for a Product Manager to lead our Survey Product & Platform a0 a0the engine that powers Tracksuit\u2019s mission to prove that great brands build great businesses. You\u2019ll steer the product to set the global standard for how brand health is measured. This role sits at the core of Tracksuit\u2019 growth journey by empowering us to achieve our ambitions and scale our impact. You\u2019ll be stepping into a pivotal moment : we\u2019re accelerating our investment in data quality, operational efficiency, and product innovation. As the PM, you\u2019ll build experiences that make completing surveys simple and engaging, while ensuring we capture high quality data and deliver this in a scalable and cost-efficient way. This high-visibility role shapes a critical pillar of the business and involves working with an incredible team to build survey experiences and platform capabilities that connect to data quality, operational scale, and user trust.
As our Product Manager, you\u2019ll report to the Group Product Manager, and you\u2019ll be responsible for :
- Defining and driving the product vision for Tracksuit\u2019s survey product and platform, balancing operational excellence with data innovation
- Leading a product team focused on survey content and respondent experience (data collected) and survey platform experience (how data is collected)
- Partnering with Research, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to shape survey methodology and capabilities
- Making trade-offs between speed and quality, automation and flexibility, scale and customization
- Survey Innovation : evolving content to meet market needs while maximizing respondent engagement and data value
- Respondent Experience : driving improvements in engagement metrics through UX, content structure, and interaction patterns
- Business Growth 0- Sample Runway : enabling scaling into more granular regions and markets with high-quality respondents
- Data Quality & Integrity : reducing fraud, improving sampling quality, and minimising measurement error
- Operational Efficiency : decreasing time to deploy and fieldwork effort while expanding regional coverage
