What you’ll Do

As the Business Development Manager – NZ , you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, market expansion, and client engagement. This is a high-impact role that contributes directly to Americold’s success, culture, and values.

• Strategic Sales Leadership

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives to attract new customers and grow existing relationships.

Set measurable sales goals, monitor performance, and apply data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.

Enhance client satisfaction through tailored support, training, and long-term relationship building.

Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver cohesive and effective sales campaigns.

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and prepare detailed reports to inform strategic decisions.
